With more than ten years of experience in the mining industry. The core focus of his work has been based around underground hard-rock mining, with a particular skill set in engineering design, detailed mine planning and scheduling, financial analysis and project management. Jayson has experience using numerous specialist mining software programs, which he combines with his problem solving and leadership skills to provide bespoke mining engineering solutions. Jayson can manage a team on any given mining project, be it technical or corporate, and utilize his capabilities with engineering design plus financial modelling, together with a key understanding of the project economics to deliver top-quality projects to clients.
