Tony has 40+ years of broad global experience in mining. This experience spans underground mine production, quarrying, scheduling, planning, and technical computing. Tony joined AMC in 1996 and has provided specialist backfill advice and training on more than 400 projects globally. He leads the backfill consulting activities of AMC’s global offices, as part of AMC’s specialist backfill team. This team is the industry’s leading independent provider of backfill expertise. It comprises experts in all types of backfill (including paste fill, hydraulic fill, and rockfill) and provides the full range of backfill consultancy services on underground mine backfill and surface and underground tailings disposal.
