Kathleen brings more than 20 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Recruitment, and Systems to her role as Business Support Manager overseeing service delivery for AMC Consultants’ Canadian, United Kingdom and South African regions. Working closely with AMC’s Executive Leaders, Kathleen plays a key role in standardization efforts across the Company (systems, processes, and forms), ensuring consistent service delivery to both internal and external clients. Known for her strong communication, management, administration and coordination skills, Kathleen is a natural problem solver who brings a personal touch and proactive approach to the organization.
