James’ experience includes stabilizing underground operations, improving annual cost budget accuracy, ore reserve designs, mine design layouts, blasthole drilling, loading, and timing layouts, mine services designs, life-of-mine planning, reporting, and identifying risks and opportunities. James is an active user of Deswik, EPS, and Datamine.
