Experience
Olivier has more than 18 years of experience in the open pit mining industry. His primary expertise is in long-term mine planning studies, more specifically in the fields of ore loss and dilution, pit optimization, mine design, mine scheduling (strategic and tactical) and cost modelling. Olivier is fully competent in the use of the GEOVIA Whittle, Minemax Scheduler, Deswik and Alastri software. He is also experienced in technical reviews, continuous improvement, and project management. His operational skills include drill-and-blast engineering, contractor management, and the development of mine-planning systems.
