Andrew Hall
Director / Chief Executive Officer
Bio
With more than 30 years of practical mining and project management experience, Andrew’s primary expertise covers strategy optimization, feasibility study assessment, technical due diligence, and business improvement in underground and open pit metalliferous mining projects. He has managed numerous feasibility studies and public reports world-wide and performed the role of Qualified/Competent Person for Mineral/Ore Reserves in accordance with the requirements of NI43-101 and JORC. Andrew is an AusIMM representative on the JORC Committee.

Mark Flanagan
Director / Global Study Lead – Open Pit
Bio
With more than 15 years is in the planning and operation of large-scale open pit mines. Mark has managed and been the lead mining engineer for a number of independent technical reviews, feasibility studies and strategic optimisation studies. Mark is a highly competent user of multiple mine planning software packages and is experienced in mine planning and optimisation, cost estimation and operating cashflow evaluations.

Chris Readon
Principal Mining Engineer
Bio
Chris is an internationally proven open pit mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience in geology, mine planning, engineering, and management roles, in the operational, corporate, and consultancy realms. He has a detailed working knowledge of all aspects of the mine planning cycle; from optimizations, through life-of-mine designs and schedules, to short term operations planning and reconciliation systems. Chris’s primary focus has been on hard rock open pit operations with considerable experience in both gold and iron ore.

Anthony de Veth
Regional Manager - Eastern Australia
Bio
With more than 20 years of experience in mining, geotechnical engineering and project management, acting in both consulting services and production roles. His experience includes geotechnical, mine planning and production roles, in both open-pit and underground mines. He has worked in various teams, as both a member and in leadership roles. Anthony has successfully project-managed numerous projects such as the mining component of Shanta’s New Luika underground project pre-feasibility study and numerous projects at Barrick’s Cowal open-pit, including wall steepening and geotechnical investigations.
