Mark Flanagan
Director / Global Study Lead – Open Pit
Bio
With more than 15 years is in the planning and operation of large-scale open pit mines. Mark has managed and been the lead mining engineer for a number of independent technical reviews, feasibility studies and strategic optimisation studies. Mark is a highly competent user of multiple mine planning software packages and is experienced in mine planning and optimisation, cost estimation and operating cashflow evaluations.
Rod Carlson
Geology Manager
Bio
Rod’s areas of expertise include analytical methods, QA/QC, sampling, project management, auditing, due diligence, and resource estimation. One of his specialties is developing projects up to and including feasibility studies, notably in the areas of geological modelling, geometallurgy, and analytical quality.
