Andrew has managed numerous scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies world-wide, and overseen the preparation of public reports and performed the role of Qualified/Competent Person for Mineral/Ore Reserves in accordance with the requirements of NI43-101 and JORC.

    Brian Hall has more than 45 years’ experience in planning and operational roles and as a consultant. Over the last 20 years, he has specialized in the optimization of strategic plans for mining operations and has authored the textbook Cut-Off Grades and Optimising the Strategic Mine Plan, published by The AusIMM in 2014.

    Steve has more than 40 years mining industry experience, with 20 years directly covering the mine geology function in mining operations, close mine exploration and resource development. This includes 10 years’ experience in developing countries as resident: Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Steve has gained Gold mining and exploration experience on a variety of scales, in both Archaean and Epithermal gold terrains. He has also managed major drilling and resource development programs. He consulted across the Rio Tinto group in mine geology, ore control, reconciliation, resource evaluation and Ore Reserves compliance. Steve has group level experience across all Rio Tinto commodity groups including Iron, Coal, Copper, Uranium, Borates, Bauxite, Diamonds, Ti Sands, etc. This work included technical assessments, discipline leadership mentoring and support.

    Karl has more than 25 years’ mining industry experience with substantial experience in diverse mining environments in operational, technical, consulting, and corporate roles. Expertise and skills across the mining business process and a trusted advisor to executives in the mining industry. Karl also has leadership experience and a solid track record in senior roles for multi-national resource companies and as a manager developing business and technical capability in recognized industry-leading consultancies. He has been a project sponsor, a project manager, a technical lead and a contributor to well over 500 diverse, world-wide mining industry assignments. These span feasibility studies, strategic analysis, business planning, Ore Reserve Estimates, due diligence reviews, expert reports, minerals project valuations and operational optimization.

  • Short bio

    Mort has 45+ years of diverse geological experience in a variety of mining situations and geological environments. He has managed and contributed to grassroots and brownfields exploration around producing mines, as well as mine exploration replenishing Mineral Resources. He has worked on open pit and underground mine production geology and evaluation work, including Mineral Resource estimation and reporting. He has held chief geologist roles in two substantial producing gold mines, managing large staffs, providing services to operations, and running significant exploration programs. Mort has extensive international experience through working in many different cultures around the world. He also has co-authored numerous NI 43-101 and transaction-related reports and has significant experience in auditing and reporting Mineral Resources.

    Mo has more than 35 years of experience in the mining industry. His technical expertise includes underground mine design and planning, mechanical excavation and haulage systems, shaft and hoisting operational experience, rock mechanics, and ground control in soft-rock mining, mine ventilation, and general mine infrastructure. He has managed feasibility studies that have advanced to construction and production. He is familiar with logistics issues of mines in remote areas.

Dinara has extensive knowledge of Mineral Resource classification standards and requirements. She is a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 technical reporting for various gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, and hard rock lithium projects.

    Aneta has a broad range of underground and open pit mine planning experience, with expertise in reserves estimation and mine design. With more than 15 years of mining experience at Canadian and Australian operations, and later as a consultant, Aneta has taken lead roles in studies covering a range of commodities and mining methods. Projects have included feasibility studies, optimizations of existing operations, and reserve estimation in several countries with a focus on Australia, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Central Africa. Aneta is an expert user of Datamine and Whittle software and is skilled in pit optimization and underground stope optimization.
