JanLouis joined AMC in October 2023 after more than a decade of consulting in engineering management and operational transformation in the energy, resources, and industrial products sectors. 

Andrew is a mining engineer with 30 years of practical experience in the industry, with a foundation in technical mining advisory. He has been responsible for strategy optimization and feasibility studies, technical audits, due diligence, independent public reports, and business improvement projects for open-pit and underground metalliferous mining projects all over the world. Andrew is passionate about helping miners find smarter ways to mine and unearth hidden business value.

Jan-Adriaan is a Partner at Futureworld and a qualified engineer with almost two decades of experience in advisory. His initial focus was on operations transformation consulting in the mining industry at Deloitte Consulting. More recently he joined Futureworld to help clients unlock exponential growth in a volatile world. He is passionate about supercharging the trajectory of his clients by helping them to understand, design and create their businesses of tomorrow.

Francois is a seasoned mining professional with 30 years of experience as an operational executive and general manager for mines in Africa. For the last five years, he has been an independent mining and business advisor providing business transformation services all over the world. Francois is passionate about making strategic plans executable through business improvement, operational value discovery, integration of business processes, and enabling digital transformation.
